In a Corporate Sponsor packet, please include the following 4 items:

2.  TWU Corporate Sponsor 
(EITHER the 1 DAY or 2DAY form)

3.  Upcoming Event  Promo 
EITHER the Trifold Brochure or the postcard invite we have printed.  We have both printed, but if you want to print the brochure, please print in color, back and front (not 2 pages), and print in good quality on good paper (preferably cardstock).  

4.  Your business card. 
If you don't have one, please include one of Claire's or mine, since we are on the form.


IF YOU COLLECT ANY $ :
* Please leave them a written receipt (Claire has receipt books) including the amount paid, whether paid by check or cash and check # if applicable. 

* Collect not only payment, but also a contact name and #, email address, and physical business address.
